Individual and therapeutic approach
I listen to the body and adapt the practice to each individual's abilities. In the poses, I offer gentle therapeutic assistance, and prefer to work individually and in small groups.
Personal attention and development
I give each participant my genuine attention and share practical tips on how to progress through physical exercise, meditation, and psychological techniques.
More than 16 years teaching experience
I guide others to consciously listen to their bodies through breath and gentle touch, and I incorporate the principles of intelligent and functional movement into my practice. I continually to develop my skills in collaboration with experienced yoga teachers.

Shiatsu treatment

Shiatsu is an ancient healing system based on traditional Chinese medicine. Today, it is a very popular massage technique, especially in Japan. The word "shiatsu" literally means "finger pressure" and aptly combines work with meridians - acupuncture channels, with Western physiology and psychology. It is the art of physical touch, restoring the body self-healing internal processes, and working with energy. The main goal of the shiatsu massage method is to bring primarily balance and a natural flow of vital energy within the physical body. While it works on the physical structure, it also goes much deeper into the body's energy system. I combine shiatsu work with acupuncture channels with osteopathic zen-thai massage. The result is overall regeneration of the organism and nervous system, mobilisation of joints and the spine, and release of muscles, tendons and fascia. We work with the breath. For the treatment, it is best to wear comfortable clothing - loose pants or leggings, a T-shirt. The session takes place on a soft mat on the ground.
