Musical Yin Flow

You can spend this Sunday evening with us in a really pleasant vibration of peace, relaxation and gentle vinyasa practice in a yin spirit. The moon sequence (VKM - Vinyasa Krama Mandiram) will be a guided lesson - it is a therapeutic gentle practice that opens the hips and chest, deeply meditative and calm, restorative and awakening the parasympathetic nervous system. I will lead this very pleasant practice gently and meditatively, it has been one of my favorite sequences for many years. During the guided lesson you will be fulfilled by the guitar solo by Luciano. After the guided lesson and a short break, you will be able to enjoy a musical relaxation floating in the vibration of the healing sounds of Tibetan bowls and gong, prepared for you by musician Luciano Mayaci. This hour-long bath is a balm for the nervous system and the overwhelmed brain, it leads to deep relaxation mainly thanks to the spread of the gentle vibration of the sound of metal instruments and in the masterful surrender of musical hearing.
