Summer yoga camp

This year's summer yoga camp will be in the spirit of practice in balance. We will focus on balanced practice and combine relaxation and workout lessons so that at the end of the week you can consciously create your own sequence for home practice. This year we will pay systematic attention to pranayama and meditation practices. The good news is that the guest will be the esteemed Slovak teacher Matěj Jurenka, who specializes in Balance in Motion. Matěj about his method: "combines elements of yoga, calisthenics, acrobatics, dance and martial arts. At the same time, it is based on my twenty years of own movement practice. Everything is in constant motion. Every vibration is movement. Through our movement, we express our intention.
