Cancellation Policy

Booking services is possible through: online booking system, web form, email, in person, or other methods stated on the Provider's website. By submitting an order, the Client confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them. The contractual relationship arises at the moment of: confirmation of the booking by the Provider, payment of the service price, or other clear confirmation stated during the booking process. Price and Payment Terms The Provider is not a VAT payer. Payment can be made by: online payment card, bank transfer, cash on-site (if permitted), other methods stated for the specific service. Deposits For selected services (especially retreats, stays, and workshops), a deposit may be required. The amount and due date of the deposit are always stated for the specific service, the deposit serves to reserve a spot, the deposit is deducted from the total service price, refund of the deposit is governed by cancellation terms. Cancellation Policy Group yoga classes - cancellation more than 24 hours in advance – no cancellation fee, cancellation less than 24 hours in advance – 100% of class price, absence without notice – 100% of class price. Individual lessons, massages, and therapy - cancellation more than 48 hours in advance – no cancellation fee, cancellation 48–24 hours in advance – 50% of price, cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show – 100% of service price. Online lessons and digital content - digital content is made available after payment. The Client acknowledges that according to § 1837 of the Civil Code, they do not have the right to withdraw from the contract after digital content has been made available, if they have expressly agreed to this. Retreats, stays, and workshops If the Client cancels: more than 60 days before start – 100% of paid deposit is refunded, 60–30 days before start – 50% of deposit is refunded, less than 30 days before start – deposit is forfeited. The Client may transfer their booking to a substitute with the Provider's agreement. If the Provider cancels the event, 100% of paid amounts are refunded to the Client. In case of force majeure (e.g., epidemic, natural disasters, major travel restrictions), the Provider may offer an alternative date or refund of the paid amount.
